Anyone that knows me knows that I love to sew. What many people don't know about me is that I've been wanting to start blogging about it for quite some time. I've been sewing for a few years now and in that time I have benefitted tre-mend-ous-ly from the on-line sewing community. Always taking but never giving back. I think now is a good time to start.
I have recently been obsessed with reading lladybird's blog- so funny, so sassy and a powerhouse that churns out more clothing in a month than I can hope to produce in half a year. How does she do it? (Seriously, who can possibly sew that quickly and still produce quality garments…I don't understand). At any rate, reading her and others' blogs has given me some serious inspiration and I'm finally feeling ready to take the plunge. So here it goes…
I've decided to try and make space for this new sewing blog within my current site: www.sqwose.com. Hopefully it doesn't become too confusing for anyone that might actually read this (or for myself :) ) - I suppose time will tell. That's all for now- and no worries- the next post will actually be interesting. At least, that will be my intention. Ha, ha! Oh, and it'll actually include some info about my current/upcoming projects with pictures and everything. Ooh, la, la…so fancy.
